SHIPPING PROCESS.
Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed over the weekend are usually dispatched on Monday.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE IT, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you don’t like your purchase, please make sure the item is unworn and unwashed, all original tags and packaging are intact and in resalable condition. We will gladly take the item back within 7 days of the original dispatch date and refund the full purchase price. In very special cases, special conditions are also possible by individual agreement. Please send an email to contacto@outdoorcanarias.es with a brief explanation of your return before sending the parcel back. You bear the costs for the return and the dispatch confirmation.
